Q: HOW LONG DO YOUR PARTIES RUN?

A: OUR BASIC PARTIES LAST 1 1/2 HOURS. OUR EXTENDED PARTIES RE 2 HOURS LONG AND FOR AES 7+.

Q: HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE HAVE? 

A: OUR BASIC PARTY INCLUDES 10 GUESTS. THIS INCLUDES THE BIRTHDAY CHILD. YOU CAN ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS IN OUR ADD-ONS SECTION FOR $10/EA UP TO 15 TOTAL. HOST PARENTS DO NOT COUNT.

Q: WHAT ABOUT SIBLINGS?

A: ANY SIBLING OVER 3, THAT IS PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES, WILL COUNT IN THE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS.

Q: CAN WE BRING FOOD, CAKE, DRINKS, ETC?

A: ABSOLUTELY! OUR PARTY HOSTS WILL HAVE A TABLE ALL SET-UP FOR ANYTHING YOU BRING IN. 

Q: CAN WE HAVE PIZZA DELIVERED?

A: FOR SURE! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR.MOZERELLA!

Q: DO WE NEED TO BRING ANYTHING ELSE?

A: NOPE! WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING YOU NEED. WE SUPPLY THE TABLE CLOTHES, PLATES, CUTLERY, DECOR, ETC. 

Q: ARE PARENTS ALLOWED TO STAY?

A: WE ASK THAT ONLY THE HOST PARENTS STAY FOR THE DURATION OF THE PARTY. 

Q: WHAT SHOULD THE KIDS WEAR?

A: THIS IS THE BEST PART! ANYTHING NEON OR WHITE GLOWS THE BEST. WE’VE ALSO FOUND THAT UNDER ARMOUR CLOTHING IN NEON GLOWS AMAZING!

Q: WHAT ABOUT SHOES?

A: FOR OUR KEMPTVILLE LOCATION, INDOOR SHOES OR SOCKS ARE GOOD. IN METCALFE INDOOR SHOES MUST BE WORN.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE JUICE/FOOD/WATER?

A: UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO ALLERGIES, WE DO NOT PROVIDE FOOD OR DRINKS. WE RECOMMEND THAT THE KIDS BRING REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES.

Q: WHERE DO WE DROP OFF THE KIDS? 

A: IN KEMPTVILLE, AT THE SIDE ENTRANCE, YOU CAN HANG JACKETS AND PUT OUTSIDE FOOTWEAR IN THE ENTRANCE WAY AND HEAD ON UP TO OUR PARTY ROOM. IN METCALFE, THERE ARE HOOKS RIGHT AT THE FRONT DOOR.

Q: DO THE HOST PARENTS HAVE TO DO ANYTHING?

A: ABSOLUTELY NOT! OUR PARTY HOSTS TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. THE HOST PARENTS ARE WELCOME TO SIT AND RELAX AND LET THE HOSTS DO IT ALL. IF THEY WANT TO PARTICIPATE, THEY ARE MORE THAN WELCOME. 

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD THE HOSTS ARRIVE? 

A: WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING NO MORE THAN 15 MINS PRIOR TO THE START TIME. 

Q: HOW LONG CAN WE STAY AFTER?

A: BECAUSE OUR PARTIES ARE OFTEN BOOKED BACK-TO-BACK AND OUR HOSTS HAVE TO CLEAN IN BETWEEN, WE ASK THAT YOU STICK TO YOUR PARTY TIME WINDOW. A $15 LATE-EXIT FEE MAY BE CHARGED IF ANYONE IS STILL REMAINING 20 MINS PAST YOUR PARTY END TIME. 

Q: WHAT IF WE HAVE MORE GUESTS THAN WE BOOKED FOR?

A: IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE MORE GUESTS THAN PAID FOR, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL GUESTS, AT $10 PER GUEST.

Q: HOW DO WE PAY?

A: PAYMENT CAN BE DONE RIGHT ON OUR BOOKING SITE. WE REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. 

Q: I DON’T HAVE A CREDIT CARD? WHAT NOW?

Q: WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?

A: RESCHEDULING IS SUPER EASY! JUST SEND US AN EMAIL AND WE CAN RESCHEDULE TO ANY OTHER DAY/TIME BASED ON AVAILABILITY. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU CAN REBOOK WITH US AT ANYTIME, BE IT IN A MONTH OR NEXT YEAR!
