Let’s Glow Dancing! Beginner Ballroom Classes

On Wednesday May 10th we will be Launching our Glow in the Dark Beginner Ballroom classes.  All passes are accepted for this class so reserve your spot HERE!  We do have a 4 session dance specific pass that can be purchased HERE or under the “BOOK NOW” button on the top of the page.

These classes will kick off with a Latin variety consisting of rumba, cha cha and jive but thats not all! Dances will change every two weeks to keep you on your toes (pun completely intended). If you’ve ever thought about taking your self-made skills to the next level now is your chance to dance! Partner or no partner, no previous dancing experience necessary.

Foam Rolling May 9th @ 7:30pm

We will be holding another Foam Rolling class Tuesday May 9th @ 7:30pm.  Be sure to reserve your spot before it sells out again! * Free to Month Unlimited members.

If you experience chonic tightness, pain, muscle soreness and/or suffer from knee, back or sholder or other joint pain – this class is for you! Learn how to properly target tight areas and relieve soreness throughout your body.

In this hands on rolling class, you will learn differet rollling techniques to relieve pain, decrease risk of injury and increase mobility. I highly recommend foam rolling class is everyone – atheletes, runners, strength and bodybuilders, aging population, those with previous injuries or anyone who finds a getting a weekly massage a bit too expensive!

Learning to foam roll properly can greatly improve movement, decrease pressure, decrease pain and stiffness, impove posture, improve circulation, decrease risk of injury and much more. It is an excellent alternative or addition to massage therapy.
