8 week Program
Ages 8-13
Are your kids climbing the walls at home and are certain they are fit for the circus? Why not sign them up for Aerial Acrobatics? This 8 week program is designed for monkeys aged 8-13 years old, who love to climb, tumble and enjoy being upside down ?.
Each class will start off with a fun warm-up game, followed by a mix of beginner skill learning including Pole Fitness, Arial Silks and Lyra (hoop).
After they have monkeyed around and gotten all their sillies out, we will end the class with a cool down and stretch.
