You don’t have to be fit to do pole dancing, doing pole dancing makes you fit!
This exciting class is an open practice for all levels to come and work on what they are learning in their level, as well as get the opportunity to work on other moves that might not be in their level, but they are ready for. Class includes an instructor led 10 minute warm-up to build strength and flexibility as well as a stretch and cool down at the end. You will have so much fun, you won’t even realize you are working out!
