We are thrilled to announce that J-Glow Fitness will be opening a SECOND LOCATION – 29 Clothier st. E, Kemptville/North Grenville September 4th!
OPEN HOUSE – September 4th 9am-4pm
We welcome you to join us Monday September 4th for a day full of glowing fun!
The day will start off with some utra-fun glowing kids sports, nerf gun battles and face painting. The second half of the day we will be holding 15 minuite teasers of glowing (and non-glowing) fitness fun! Meet the staff, sample our classes and purchase packages at discouted rates.
Here is our schedule for the day;
Kids activities:
*Glow Face paint station available throughout the day
9:15am – Glow Soccer
10:00am – Glow Mini Sticks (Hockey)
11:30am-Glow Wars (Nerf Gun Battles)
Adult Fitness:
1:00pm – Body Tone & Burn (Strength Training- NOT a glow class)
1:30pm- Glowga (Yoga)
2:00pm – Glowstix Fit Drumming (Rockstar Status)
2:30pm – J-Glow Cardio Crazy (High Intensity)
3:00pm – Get up & Glow (Strength & Cardio Mix)
Please be advised all kids activities and classes will be a first come first serve basis as space is limited. Spectators are also welcome!
